Truth (9/10/15)

It's hard not to care about what people say,
When you know it's the truth that they tell,
Having to hear it day after day,
Knowing the truth all too well.
You wish you could turn and just not hear,
The words they feel they must speak,
You don't know why they must intervene,
And make your life feel so bleak.
Now you must learn to answer the call,
To give them nothing to say,
They like nothing more than to se you fall,
But you can take that away.
